I loved my host organisation! Everyone was so nice to me and always helpful. All the lawyers know so much and are willing to sit down and explain anything to you. I had such great mentors. The work they do is so important. They allowed me to get income in so many areas from research to supporting cases, going into communities to see clients and more.
It went far beyond what I expected. I am really glad that I had experience with my placement. Working at the organisation I did my internship in has been one of the most important experiences of my life. I learnt a variety of areas from Environmental Law to Forced Migration. I was very satisfied.
