A unique company based in various game reserves, dedicated meaningful conservation through research to create a better understanding of various social behaviors, climate change impact, environmental sustainability, human wildlife conflict and local biodiversity.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns are involved in various conservation initiatives and projects within the game reserve and assist in all areas of reserve needs and operations. They will assist in relative fieldwork to observe, collect data, analyse, and enter the data to our systems. Along with this, students will participate in workshops, training, and brainstorming sessions to enhance our conservation driven research initiatives. Each intern is assigned to an ongoing project to ensure that they contribute towards long term sustainable goals with aims to impact wildlife throughout the Western Cape.


Must be in reasonably good physical health as interns will be involved with work on foot and hikes A passion for wildlife and conservation is essential Currently studying environmental science/biology/animal behavior/ecology or related field would be beneficial

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time temporary role with expectation of 37.5 hours work per week. Summer placement of 8-12 weeks with some flexibility and potential to extend Internship completed on an unpaid basis.
